Massage onto clean skin using slow, intentional strokes, either on dry skin or on slightly damp skin after showering.

Take your time, allowing the oil to warm under your hands as you move across the body, focusing on areas that feel dry, tense or in need of extra nourishment.

Applied to damp skin, the oil helps seal in moisture and enhances absorption.

Used on dry skin, it offers deeper nourishment and a longer, more enveloping massage experience.

For an enhanced ritual, apply during your shower or bath. It can be massaged directly onto wet skin or added to warm bath water, allowing the aroma and sensations to envelop the body and support deep relaxation.
