Eligibility for return & refund: 

Damages and issues

You will be eligible for a return or a full refund only if the item you received is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if that is the case. 

To start a return, you can contact us at contact@vitalchemy.com.au within 2 days after receiving the purchase, including a copy of your purchase reference number or receipt number, and a photo of the item in attachment. The product needs to be clearly unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging. 

VitAlchemy reserves the right to request the item to be sent back to us in order to make a further inspection before determining if the product can indeed be claimed as faulty or damaged. 

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your item, and let you know if the return or refund was approved or not. If approved, you will be able to choose either a refund back into the designated bank account details or a new item sent to your address. You’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days, or you will be receiving further instructions about the new item that will be delivered to you.

Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at contact@vitalchemy.com.au immediately.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

 Shipping costs for returns:

If your return is accepted based on the above criteria (the item you received is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item), VitAlchemy will cover all delivery costs and you should be only receiving a new delivery confirmation email, so you know when to expect the delivery.
